Pues el titulo lo dice bastante claro…
Aqui en USA, antes de demandaros tienen que intentar por metodos amigables el que colabores en un posible incumplimiento de copyright por parte de un tercero (vamos igualito que en Eh!pa?no)… si resulta que te demandan primero sin haber intentado arreglarlo amistosamente contigo, la demanda se puede volver en contra del que la inicio contra ti.
Asi pues, lo unico que tienes que hacer en tu pagina es demostrar la buena fe que tendras en un hipotetico caso de este tipo con los textos legales que puse en LEER MAS >>>, que son los que usa Yahoo!.
Solo teneis que leerlos, cambiar donde dice Yahoo! por el nombre de vuestra compa?o pagina web y poner datos de localizacion validos, que no quiere decir que tengan que ser los reales… con que puedan enviaros un mail o un fax y sus llegue, da igual lo que alli haya escrito. Y como yo siempre digo, por poner un poco de trabas no pasa nada… los encorbatados y sus mercenarios purricias cobran por joderte, no te bajes tu mismo los pantalones y aprietate el cinturon… que al menos les cueste un poco.
Pues nada, seguid este consejo desinteresado, que si lo usais en combinacion con alguno de los anteriores ofrecidos, si no invulnerables, podeis ponerlo muy dificilllllllllllllllllllll.
